After doing all of Mitnick's quests I am asked by him to
find one more item that pre-patch 6.3 was said to be
in the museum level which I cannot revisit.
This item quest is mentioned in the patch 6.3 notes.
Has this item been moved to another location?

You will find that item in a locked room in the Empire Arms hotel now.
