Rest anywhere

I'm currently in the Dragon's Eye lvl 5 dungeon. I was doin' just fine till now but the Yuan-ti elite archers give me a headache and it's very annoying to go up always 2 levels to get some rest and prepare my spells.(yeah i know the party in lvl4 could help me but i needed the flamin' longsword 
) So i found a tweak pack for icewind dale that includes a 'rest anywhere' part.
I downloaded the pack and installed the rest anywhere pack but i did not work. I tried to reinstall it but it did not help either. Anyone could help me with this please?
