Editing and Creating Items

I know there was a programme that would allow you to Create or edit items (as well as Area and Creature files IIRC).
I've checked the TeamBG website and it's down, which is where I thought the programme was.
Anyone have the file or know it's location?

(Also if Sable...Saber(?) finds this, I put some of my past items onto your site, but I've now lost them, and I can't find your site either. If you have them could you PM, so I can ask about getting them back...if you still have them
