plugins,were would you go to get them for my ps3,i am missing so much of the game with out them.i sure hope you can help me.thanks

There are none for the PS3: sorry. PC-based, mainly, over 8000 to date. Maybe a few for the Xbox 360.

You can't even play Morrowind on the PS3.
I think this is an Oblivion question in which case you can't get DLC. 360 and PC only.
Whatever game you're on. Player made mods are only available to PC users unless you modify your xbox which I'm sure isn't legal.

You could buy the pc versions of both Morrowind and Oblivion - they're not very expensive.
