So, i got arcanum, but what about the drog patches? Have i to download all of them, or just one? And can you link me it? thanks

I don't know, so you should either read the readme or post on that forum.

First you need to download/install the 1074 official patch and then download/install the newest unofficial patch, you don't need all of them.
