Glitch preventing me from finishing the last world

I'm on Manaan I got the key to the Submursable. But when I try to enter the base it says: "Locked: Requires Republic Security Access"
I have no idea what to do. So could someone help me?

Which doors are you trying to access? The Sub Bay doors or the ones down at the Hrakert Station?

Never Mind about that I got past it. But now I have a new problem.
Everytime when I'm on the temple to disable the Star FOrge's disruptor. THe game brings up an error message just as I'm about to see Bastila .
