I just wanted to know if I was poor as fudge in oblivion or rich as heck. I also want to know what YOU are.

I am currently level 102 and have an amount 2,983,199 to fritter away. I own all the properties in the game inculding that miserable little shack in the imperial city waterfront.

Glitching your money and using the console doesnt count!

Just a tad curious here, how on Cyrodiil did you reach level 102 on a vanilla Oblivion?

My characters have never had more than 20,000-30,000 at any time, but that's because I run a lot of mods. There's plenty to spend the cash on.

The only thing I can come up with is the immense amount of time I played it for. I've played Oblivion (It's GOTY edition) and only Oblivion for about two years now. I have spent a massive 659 hours play time! I'm addicted to it. I also worked my levels up before I delivered the amulet. So by the time Jauffre was recieving the amulet I was level 45.

Other than that, I have no idea

I'm sorry if this is off topic, but, based on Oblivion's leveling system, it is impossible to reach level 102.

Doing the math, you have 7 major skills. Each should have started at the very minimum of 25 once you have picked a class. Henceforth the max attainable from that configuration is 52. Did you by any chance use trainers and drain self spells to boost skills past a 100?

I wish there was some way to show you, but there isnt. I swear to God, I am not lying. And yes I used every trainer in the game

He's not calling you a liar. He's just asking if you used the well known cheese that lets you drain attributes, train, and advance, then remove the drain and boost your character a bit beyond level 100.

Not sure if Loki means gamesave editors or the NPC trainers when he says'Trainers'.

Apart from skill draining there is also the jail exploit of course. I'v never actually bothered with either of them in Oblivion as the game is too small to worry about the level cap, have never got anywhere near it before seeing all there was to see, unlike Morrowind.

Perhaps I should have been more precise in my post, and for that I apologize. I did mean the NPC trainers you can learn from in the game.

Still, I shudder to think of how hard a level 102 character would find it in vanilla Oblivion where almost all creatures are scaled to your level. With mods that randomize enemy levels, playing on that scale with a default difficulty rating would be near suicide... or at least cause you to take hours just to kill one creature. :p
