After I finished ship sabotage with the messages about alignment I also recieved: if you continue your current course you will not be able to advance as a warlock. I`m having trouble finding out what I should do to be able to continue as a warlock... Help would be really great.

Some classes such as warlocks, monks, druids and others require you to stick with a specific alignment in order to be able to continue gaining levels in that class. It is explained in the character creation page. As for warlocks specifically, you'll need to stick to an evil or chaotic alignment if you are intending to continue on with your class progression. So make sure you stick to alignments such as Chaotic Good, Chaotic Evil, Chaotic Neutral, Lawful Evil and the like.

the message itself is not always "smart", since it appears whenever an action makes you stray from your needed alignment, no matter for how many points.
if you're careful, you can manage small changes, since they're inevitable anyway in several cases.
