I've read that Yuthura talks about Revan and "The Perfect Sith" and I wonder how you get those dialog options.

Can you only get them if you visit Korriban last?

I managed to get those conversation options when I played Korriban last. I think you get it by having her elaborate on the Sith Code. Then she will talk about how the Code is an ideal the Sith have to follow, and that the one who fulfills all those ideals would be the savior of the Sith. "Perfect destiny" she calls it.
