Multiplayer problems

Hi, we are a bunch of friends who play this game in multi about 20 hours a day...
now a new friend has joined us...and immediately problems showed up so if anyone has experienced this and or know the solution to it then i would be very glad if you would tell me
Whenever he tries to join either Internet or Network games he immediately gets kicked out...he can join...but after a millisecond he is automatically kicked...same thing if we try to join a game he created...we get in...and immediately get kicked out...
the game runs smoothly and really nice in single player for him and his computer meets the requirements of the game...
so if anyone knows how to solve this...then please tell me so...
