I Hate to Ask This But...

How does one go about dismissing a character? Yes, I read the manual but when I click the character to dismiss no Disband Party Member button appears. What am I missing?

i played this some time ago so it may be wrong but you know you have the green buttons ( bottom right of the screen ) just click on a character then click on the button

You have to click the green button syaing something like disband/reotganize party in the low rightcorner. Then you can choose which partymember you want to take out.
