1) What measures will the v1.10 patch be taking to lay the smack down on little bully cheaters with their Iths, dupes, and cruel/of quickness hacked items? I did hear that Blizzard banned a lot of players found to be cheating, but I've still seen a few SS barbs with perfect ethereal CBBoQ's running around in games.

2) Most importantly, does GA with Pierce still hit multiple times? How about PvP barbs with way too many small run/walk charms (like mine, though I don't have the beta patch)?

I have no idea about the first of your questions, but I know that the GA Pierce has been nerfed so that GA does a fixed pierce now, but I am not sure of how much.
