it has the nosferatu, the brujah(or someting) the toreadores(or someting and another one)

The only Anne Rice Julien I know of is from The Mayfair Witches. There was no Julien in the Vampire Chronicles

You probably saw the pilot of Kindred: the Embraced, a short-lived FOX series based on White Wolf's Vampire the Masquerade. It only went one season (the actor who played Julian Luna died in a tragic motorcycle accident a few years later).
