Sorry about this and this is going to sound wierd, but what is online gaming like?

I am in a country where there is no ISDN nearby and trying to get onto the Battlenet server is impossible.

don't really know if there's an answere to that question.... I know that I had not been playing any computer games at all if I couldn't play them on the net. I grew boored with D2 in like 1 week and then a couple of weeks later I picked it up and went onto battle.net and now I've been stuck for quite some time.... and I don't see it stop as yet....
