So which server are you playing at and what is your character name?

I'm playing on the

- Eastern Time
- PvP
- TEST24

server with an undead fighter called garazdawi (surprise surprise )

Haven't downloaded yet ... but think I might so I can try it out....

how big download is it - I've got a slowish Internet connection with 256 download, so will take me quite a while

I thought only People in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealnd could play?

Yes you can play form europe, but they have closed the signups for open beta so if you haven't signed up yet you are not allowed to enter. The download is 2.5 gig+patch.

Yes it's a big download even with my cable modem. I'm sure it's because you're downloading the game straight from the internet, opposed to getting some of it from the game disk. It will take an afternoon to download and install, but you get to play later that night. I'm on the 5 Test server on the central time zone.

Hehe, it only took me like 45 min to download at about 2 MB/s. Sometimes I just live sitting on a really fast connection

Yae true. That install took a really long time. Anyways.. I'm really enjoying that game so far, it's too bad that the server is down for maintainance right now, otherwise I would be in there gaming

Off topic, what character/s did you choose?

I'm an undead fighter mostly because a friend of mine is undead and I wanted to play with him. Now almost all of my friends are undead and all are playing with the horde.

Hey Bloodthroe, I'm in Server 5 too, and it is my understanding that this horrible lag is much worse in this server.

I'm currently dlding the open beta, thank goodness I had my account verufyed right before they stoped.

I'm currently at 23% by tomarrow afternoon the dld will be complete cause I have a fast connection but my god damn fire wall is making it so slow.

I plan on playing on server 4 with my clan (Horde)
PvP with an orc shaman supposedly going to be named Rareg. I fnot then I have a list Litho, Var'Halin, Min'Isc, or Goethe.

Well it turns out one of my friends signed up and his net is fried. So guess what i get the Beta and log on So Gar you wanna play together? Or if anybody else wants to play together?

Yesterday at around 8-10 pm, I cant remember, the game ran smoothly. Like before the open beta began. It was fine for about 4 hours then after that they had a shutdown and the game was only slightly laggish.
