What keyboard keys do I hit to equip my rogues with better equipment. They get killed so fast it makes my head spin.

I think its O, you can also right-click on your hireling's portait.

Equipping your merc/hireling is a feature that is available with a Lord of Destruction Expansion character only. So if you're playing classic D2, then you're out of luck.

try a windforce, shako and shaftstop on your merc...they can really keep up with you with that kinda gear
