Hey some mates of mine have bought this game and have gone absolutley addicted to it! how much is it a month to play? and also what is so good that seperates it form so many other RPG's? is there anything in particular thats amazing? Whats the game about? if any ones got any feed back would be happy to hear cheers!

IIRC the game costs about $14 to play each month (less if you pay for many months at once....). The addictive nature of the game I belive comes from the fact that it is built on loads of small quests most of which can be completed with just 30 min of gaming, which makes you just want to finish one more quest.

In my eyes the game is about the aftermath from the burning legion's invasion, the constant struggle between horde and alliance.

In my view it is one of the better MMORPGs on the market - but that is mostly from the fact that it allows much more for casual players.
There isn't much innovative in the game as I see it, and it dosen't stand out on any area - except for the fact that you can play it as a casual player, and still feel some progress, and you can level solo if you wish, doing quests and so on - on the PvE servers anyways.
There are things that annoy me about the game - but it is definately worthy of a try if you like MMOGs.

Also worth mentioning is the totally innovative player economy and mail system.
There are Auction Houses that you can buy and sell stuff in, and player trade skills allowing you and your friends to make all manner of cool stuff.
As a casual gamer myself, often gone away from any kind of computer for days and weeks at a time, I can come back, and be behind, but not impossibly so, because you get 2x experience on kills to speed leveling up.

That only lasts for a certain amount of experience, but if you're gone for 5 days, it really adds up.
