Question?

wat is a patch? im new to the whole diablo game, i got the battle chest from the shop and i have instaled lod. u must all think im stupid 4 asking the question, but u learn summthing new every day?

A download that is applied to your game usually to fix problems. Once a patch is applied your game is changed until you re-install. You generally need the latest patch to play online.

A patch can also be described as a file that you can download from the internet that updates your game or fixes problems.
