Mazpar and Skricko the dead Mintrels-HELP?

In the Spider caverns just before the Gitterdelve Mines. upper West is a dead-end with two men webbed-up pretty good. If you put the curser on them, it will react as if something should be done here. I actually walked back from Glacern, stopped at Stonebridge and hired Zed, purchased a pair of gloves for him, with added natural magic- so he could use the ressurect spells- yet, nothing happened!! Does anybody know what goes on here?
