Yay! Here it is! :)

It was the first time I entered battlegrounds yesterday, and it was soooo much fun! I was defending the flag (mages simply rock with slowing spells here!) Of course we lost :D but I have so many good ideas for the next round, cannot wait to try them all out.

So, what is your experiences with it? What do you think is the most successful tactic?

I've not PvPed much and haven't been in Battlegrounds yet.... it feels to much like "CS" with no real purpose, so I don't know if I'll spend much time there at all :)
PvP for the sake of PvP, and not PvP to gain anything (yes, I know about PvP rewards, but they force you to keep PvPing to maintaine rank) or have any influence on the gameworld.

Battlegrouns in my experience suck at the current stage. They are bugged into oblivion.

First time we wanted to try, we went to Warsong Gulch, after something like 1 hour of waiting we got in, only to find that there were no horde players, and that the game would shut down in 5 min. we barely managed to get te flag and run back before the time expired.

Then I wanted to try Alterac Valley, after being in line for something like 3 days  with ETA "unavailible" I got the opportunity to enter VA last night at about 01:15... When I was in the middle of Stratholme, suffice to say I declined..

Of course, I want to try BG like it's supposed to be, but at it's current bugged state, I doubt I will bother.

Oh yeah, when I got in for the first time sg similar happened - we entered the area and the fight was over right away  I don't know how it works...

Perhaps this is due to the fact that there are way to few Horde players.

?

It would be awesome if BG results could be revised any time oyu want (I'm thinking of having a seperate section for it in the Honor window or something like that). Dunno about you but after an exhasuting battle I don't feel like examining and memorizing the whole results table... But it would be nice to have a look at it later on, when I'm safe back in town.

i just played the battle grounds its pretty cool although i would like it if people went in in bigger groups like a full raid party how cool would that be? like at the xroads!
but then i want that respawning bug thing fixed like i dunno if it has happened before or if it is meant to happen but when i died i stayed there for like 5 mins before i could respawn apart from that and maybe one or two other things it is very good
(by the way does anyone know what the merit thing you get if you win it does?)

Well I got a Talizman of Merit for winning abattle in WG but I have no idea what to do with it...

Also, there's supposed to be a Tabard as a reward for gaining rank Private - do you know where to get it and what to do with it?

with the talisman of maerit you give it to the quest person outside the instance if your alliance and probably same if you are horde

Oh! Thanks, didn't know that! And what happens when I give it to him? :)
