Windstone Fortress quest, where is the second key?

I have to enter the Inner Cluster but the commander says that i must find the lieutenent and that he has the key but i didn`t found him and i searched alot....anyone knows where i can find the lietenent?

The lt. is one of the transformed monsters, he's in the room with tons of chests etc. It should automatically complete that part once you kill him.
Once you do that, click the green deal in that same room I think.
