I found Nolan before I realized what this quest was about, and somehow I lost him. I've since delivered the other two guys to Taarth. I have searched everywhere but can't find Nolan anywhere.

Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks,

If you teleported out of the area, then he should be wherever you teleported from.

I found him!

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the two closest teleporters, without success. So I scoured everywhere in the area and found him deep down at the end of a dungeon. I suspect I either logged out while I was in a dungeon, or perhaps used the teleport spell.

Lesson learned: Be very careful when logging!
