How the hell does one get the gate to open? Says locked by order of Celeb'hel. Can't bloody well talk to Finala to complete quest because she is already in my party. Any ideas??

I think that you don't only have to find her but also you should complete the Refractor Crystals quest in the Elen'lu Isles. After that she fixes the bridge.
