Need Help:Unable to Connect to Internet games

Anyone have a problem connnecting to internet games??
It work once or twice for me but now nothing Ive done the usual open port listed on gamespy close background apps and all that. I have no anti-virus software runnning and am not behind and firewall software.Any help
