third part of arinths darn staff?

where is the reliquary for the 3rd part of the staff? it says N val'lutra forrest but i have combed that area and cant find the darn thing any help would be great!

It's been awhile since I have been there so just try this out...Go to the Notrh Portal, head west until you see the shrine (press the tab button) you'll see a large area near the shrine, just near the bridge if you are heading to it, go left away from the bridge, press the tab button, you will see a path leading down,there are alot of trees in this area, it's hard to see so tilt down and zoom out, follow the path down the ramp and into an open area below...you'll find a few bad guys and a boss, depending what level you are on. When you figure how easily it is to get down there go back and use the shrine. By the way, if you took the portal near the caravan you went too far. Remember, you can always use the tab button to show more of the map. Good Luck.
