cavern game in mysterious area *SPOILER*

there is a guy in the mysterious are that plays a dungeon type game with you i am working on figuring this out and i have the first part solved i think you go east till you can any more then go south 3 times and you end up in the next part of the puzzle. im not sure if there is a reward for winning the game but if anyone figures out anymore let me know

second and third part
in the second part you are in a rocky tunnel just go west then east to get to a scorching tunnel just go north as far as you can then west 2x then south and you get picked up by a bunch of bats and go to the next section of the cave

got a reward for killing a gremal in the mysterious game so at least there IS a point to it still an artifact to find though
