For using human :
2 Unspent Skill Points, +2 Strength,
+1 Dexterity, +1 Intelligence,
+10% Chance to Find Magic Items

How can my hero human train to become ranger archer each lvl up only increase 1 strength? Normal or bug? what version u guys playing?

I'm not sure I understand. You gain attributes based on the skills that you use. What you've listed is the human starting bonus. That doesn't have anything to do with leveling up.
