noob here plz help

just started the game today and everytime i finish the tutorial i end up inside the temple. i read in the walkthru and it says it is a bug and i gotta reload the game.
errr.......... am a noob donno what u mean by reload the game? i restarted the game but ended up same place,kindly help.

Make sure you have the newest patch, 2.20 installed
Start a new game and try again, or try loading a saved game; I.E. Reload your game

yeah man.. i get the same problem
i get the cut scene with the big four armed thingy that kills everyone.. then the magey guys freeze it and the mercs run in the temple, then i get control of my player and he has no items, the blue haired guy is gone and i just walk around the temple and can't interact with anything.
is there any way to just skip this scene and go to the 2nd chapter???
i've tried it several times and nothing seems to help.

man try restarting u'r whole game(u ain't gone so far
)and try to escape the cutscene!
O! i've bee hearing only nasty yhings about this 2.2 patch(lots of bugs!)
By the way,ur gona fight those 4 armed beasts(rustguards-> verry nasty guys)
