Hi,

I'm currently trying to complete the family heirloom quest part II.

In the first part, I gave the heirloom sword to the guy who asked it.

I later spoke to the guy (Athalas?) in the Aman'Lu inn, and he sent me to find the demon and stop the first guy from releasing it.

Well, I found the cave, no problem there, but the demon is behind a locked door I can't open and encased in a crystal or something like it I can't damage?

The first guy (whom I gave the sword) is nowhere to be seen ...

I think this is a bug Has anybody had this too and if yes, did you find a solution to this?

if u had compleeted the main quest from act 2 (after u kill the vai'kesh high-priest,or something like that...),u are in arnith's ravine area...he's in that area,and when he'll see u he''ll release a demon fron a cage (easy to kill,but bood artifacts and money$$$$$)
i don't know exactly the area's name but there he is!!!
