When you got to fight Deru, Evil Finala and all those guys in the M-M Quest. After you kill them all isnt that door to the west supposed to open? I wasnt counting, but it didnt seem like i killed 9 of them. I might have, but anyway. The door isnt open and no more enemies are around. What is this?

try with the bucket,token and book in ur inventory to open the door!
if it doesn't work quit patching with 2.2

I tried it with the stuff in my inventory. Ive tried different chants with the stuff on. Nothing works. What patch are you talking about? Use the patch you say?

The evil companions can sometimes disappear, and then the door won't open. This can occur, I think, if you draw the companions all over the place, or if you die while fighting them.
The one time this happened to me, I came back after I had beat the game, and the Mysterious Cave had reset. Possibly it'll reset each time you exit the game.
