Hello.... if anyone can help me i would be forever grateful.......i'm going absolutly insane.....i'm playing diablo 2 for the first time and i was really enjoying the game until......i got stuck in act three.......i've defeated mephisto twice now.....retrieved his soulstone......and there is no option to sail east......the quest log shows that all the quests are complete yet everything remains the same.....does anybody know what to do????
---also something i noticed which i thought was strange is that Natalya has disapeared from the screen

You don't sail east. When mephisto dies, you go to the pool of blood which has a walkway, that will lead you down to hell as a portal should open.
