I was playing near the teleporter to the Azunite desert when I got a huge lag and the graphics began to scramble. Now everyting in the game is kinda funky.

I'm using a nvidia 256 megs graphic card with Windows XP pro.

Can someone help me?

Yup. It happened with version 2.20. I patched the game to version 2.22 and it worked but only for a few hours. I don't know what to do now.

well let's start with the basics then ;)

are you running the latest video drivers?

you use any programs on the background?
alt+tabbed()

what resolution?

else try to alter the game graphics a bit down ;)
if possible :laugh:

Except for my fire wall, I don't use any programs alt-tabbed. :p

I'm playing with a 800*600 resolution, and hyes, I have the latest video drivers.

Oh and I must add, it's getting really annoying :p

I had the same problem when i enabled max. cpu priority in the settings.
It went away when i returned it to normal priority. (didn't make much difference in frame rate)

I've had

Some wierd things happen, usually in conhunction with teleporters! What I usually end up doing is uninstalling the game, then re-installing and re-patching it. Provided you don't touch the files in the folder in My Games/Dungeon sige 2 in the My Documents, you should be Ol, as the latter area is where your save games, key settings, screenshots and such are kept.

This means that when you start the game again you should be able to continue the game where you left off, without much bother.
