Wicked Lothar setup and a question

Hello. I recently got my hands on this game and have been having some good fun with it!
I've been very lucky in landing pieces of "set" gear, and have managed to end up with Lothar being a complete and total walking devestation machine.
I finally snagged the one piece of gear that I think made him into the machine he is now. I've got him in:
6 out of 8 of the Lorethal's Legacy set, and in fact wouldn't want the last 2 pieces (shield and ring) as they would work against...
4 of 5 of the Jewels of the Nexus set (all 4 rings) and lastly
1 of 5 of the Night's Shadow - the dirk (Whisper) which is insane on it's own.
Here's how he looks currently:

Heh, up to a possible of just shy of 400 damage per attack and nearly 300 armor to boot! I can't wait to see how this holds up to higher levels.
Now for my question: Having the 4 rings offers the following bonus:
Adds 7 to 12 Ice Damage
Adds 8 to 10 Fire Damage
Adds 5 to 14 Lightning Damage
Adds 7 to 12 Death Damage
+1 to ALL Classes Skills
AND, having the 6 of 8 in the Legacy set offers, amongst other things:
+10 Melee damage
I am going to assume the +10 from the Legacy is included in the min/max damage shown, but what about all the additions from the rings? Those aren't included are they?
Thanks for any info you can offer!
Bingo
