Please don't double post on purpose, both threads you have made are different in text.
As for the cyclops, just keep trying is all I can say. He will come down.

Its difficult to try to give you any advice without your mentioning any specifics about your build, etc. Generally, liberal health potion use, running around, and running away to regroup will eventually do the trick. This monster does not regenerate health, so time is not an issue. Hit and run if you are using melee or any other type of attack for that matter. Maybe you'll need to gain more experience if you are not prepared to handle this monster yet...
