stuck or game's bug??

hello there!
i have a strange situation.
i'm in act 3, in the mountains, in the tsongmo cave, where i have to kill huge yeti.
ok, i kill this yeti, i walked through all the cave and i see the point of exit at the map. i come in to the exit - and there is NO EXIT. just the wall.
and there is no another way, there is the only way.
