I know that it's a noob question, but i have one problem.
How to place the charm in the item (armor, weapon, etc.)
When I try to place the charm on the item in inventory, it just replaced item.
How do I have to do it?

You pick up the charm in the usual way, then you right-click on the armour etc to apply the charm to it.
Certain items don't let you use the charms on (such as legendary itemks, otherwise it should work alright).
