anvil of fury

I played Diablo very long, but then I quitted. But I was never able to find the Anvil Of Fury.
Can anyone help me plzzz....

Well... Lemme think....
I know it's within the first two levels of the Caves, where you're bound to find mostly horned demons and goat archers. It should be in a area slightly surrounded by lava.
This is all I can remeber, but I hope this can help you out.
