I have been enjoying Titan Quest (Dell XPS P4 3.4ghz, 1 gb ram, nvidia GeForce 6800). I had a couple of blue screen crashes, but always recovered at my last save.
I now have a bigger problem. I was in the Ambrossos farmlands (just before you meet Chiron) when the game froze. Twenty seconds later a few notes of music would play and my character would move, and then freeze again. This repeated many times before I pulled the plug.
This time when I restarted, my character was fine (level 12 Hunter/nature) my maps were fine, but my quest history was lost and I started back in Helos. I've managed to replay my may all the way back to Ambrossos and received the new quest from Chiron, but I don't have the main quest of the Oracle of Delphi. I'm afraid I won't be able to go on. I just installed patches 1-11. But they won't recover my quest history. Is there any way to retrieve it?
