what are the charges on onslaught? how does the +dmg apply with each swing?

Each time you hit successfully amount of damage you do will increase upto the limit of your skill level.

so with 8/8 (giving 8 charges) each hit will incease dmg by +50%, so by swing #8 i'm up to +400% dmg??
