Hi,

Imoteph in Nemphis won't accept second item (eye)

I've tried it several times (even with new eye and new first item)

What can I do now?

I won't start it over if it's for having same problem

you could try deleting the last modified cue files in your titan quest fold in my docs. there are plenty of posts about this type of fix.
