What are the differences between diffrerent spellbooks? There are spellbooks requiring level 22 for example, but they don't give any bonuses.. Why is that? Do spells deal more damage if they are in higher level books or something?

Using an object (weapon, armour, spellbook..... ) of a higher level accelerates experience and helps to get you up to higher levels - it's as simple as that.

What? Using higher level equipment have nothing to do with gaining more experience. Higher level books are capable of carrying better magic. So having lvl 22 book you can get ei. +1 grim necro, vamp and debilation, while lvl 85 book can give you +3 .... to all skills, simple like that. To find such book you`ll have to do some serious power shopping as creeps never drop books.

You can find list of prefixes and sufixes for spellbooks in some faqs if you google them right.
