Yeah i have come across a strange problem and i remember doing this once befor. I went through game on legendary FAST with a high end player. I ended up missing a part in the main quest yet i killed the end titan. Now when i go to farm for purple items NO bosses have gold chests at the end. I found the part im missing in the beginning of act 3 BUT i cant seem to get it checked off. I remember from long ago on an old patch that there was almost a bug like this. I was then told i could delete my quest log files, problem is i cant seem to remember how to do that agian. If someone could please help me out that would be most helpful!

Go to this folder:
\My Documents\My Games\Titan Quest\SaveData\Main\_[Character]\Levels_World_World01.map\[Difficulty]

[Difficulty]=Normal, Epic, or Legendary

Look under the folder you wish to clear the quest log for, and you'll see *.que files, delete all of those to clear your quest log. Do not delete the fow folder, that is your map data (fog of war).
