1) Is there anything else in this place besides the wish scroll and those 2 crates o' goodies? (and the few hundred coins you can pickpocket off Ebb)
2) How do I kill this guy? I tried everything including Meteor Storm Bombardment and Death Bolt to Magic Missile (which worked of course). He just WON'T die.
And his spells are killer...

as to dealing whit trias
Have you done all the quests in curst transported? Trias gains strength from the conflict the more quests you have done which contribute towards increasing the goodness/law of the down weken trias. If you have done them all you should be able to take him.
hope that helps

Ebb is one of the people you can talk to and pursuade not to cause more trouble, there is also two other groups of people who will be pursuaded, the hanging men, and the excecutioners. Just explore the map and you will find the relevant parties, you can also rack up some good XP on the monsters

I already did that.
I did everything before going on Trias (except rest), but I was almot full hps and full of scrolls.

Well, it may seem natural to you that "this guy" means Trias, but it certainly wasn't to me.
As to killing him, I suggest using Morte's litany of insults. Any infuriated enemy forgets to cast spells, and you can attack him with everything you've got: magic missiles, your best weapons, etc.

Did that, Morte lasted about 20 seconds. Don't forget his AC is AT MAX 0. I guess I could cast shroud of shadows and use the bone and ****roach charms but I'm lazy.

You don't just simply have Morte stand still.
You move him around quickly, and place other party members placed in such a way that Morte and Trias pass them by. Then, you beat up Trias as he runs. I used that tactic successfully in two run-throughs. (In my first run-through, I did the full attack-and-cast conventional strategy, and it took forever, since Trias is a powerfull mage. What I'm recommending took less than two minutes.)

Using Morte is a good tactic, but I did it without him. Just use the High level scrolls that you find, like Abyssal Fury, Mechanus' Cannon, Deathbolt and launch away. He will still do a lot of damage with his Blade Storm and other spells, but try to weaken him with the heavy stuff, then attack him with any heavy hitters that you have, to get him to yield. Remember, you don't need to be a 16th level Mage to use the Level 8 scrolls, you just lose them after you use them!

Losing 'em after using 'em, though, is why I chose to go with Morte. That, and having one or two characters die in battle. Plus, there's always the side benefit of laughing my derriere off watching the all-powerful angel chase after that bobbing, floating skull.

Still on Trias-
How can he still use his sword? I mean, he's not exactly that much of lawful good (watching the citizens of a city (even if the city is evil) die isn't exactly considered 'good').
Also, do characters still get xp while dead? In bg2 they don't but do they in this game?

As i understand it Characters generally don't advance in Alignment the same way that TNO does, he is dynamic, where as they have set alignments.
Not sure about that, i doubt.
