Aziz something 2X the sale value!!!

I recently moved to Babylon and this Aziz (or what ever his name is), the Merchant near the portal, had a double sale value then the one in Thebes (didn't check others...)
I sold him a bow coating 25.000 in Thebes, in 50.000! not bad,ha?
can anyone else confirm it's not some sort of bug? btw: I'm using v1.20.
