What do you mean Olympus portal. The portal to olympus or the portal to the end game after olympus. We need more information.

lets say i am at delphi ok?and i wnat to go to olumpus.I want to activate the teleportation to there.the grey portal spot on the map.

You cannot get to olympus by teleportation. There is no portal to olympus by means of teleportation like normal. You have to go through Wusao Mountains again, defeat the telkine again, and then go through the portal that Typhon goes through.

But when you click a portal to go somewhere you can select Olympus as your destination. So there seems to be one there.

There is NO portal to olympus, not the one that you can use with your portal stone.
You have to beat the telkine in act three to get to Olympus, there is no other way to get to olympus.
