Release dates? (PC)

Is it just me, or is something going awry with the Europian launch of JE:SE? I've browsed the Bioware forums for a bit and it seems like several nations are notably lagging behind. I honestly expected to see this game in the major record stores by now (here in the Netherlands), but it just isn't there. I can't find mention of it on some of the major Dutch online stores either, not even preorders.
