Ok i have almost all the items and i want to see if the items list is up-to-date
with the items i have.

1)First i noticed is that Armor Of The Burning Blade for chest is an epic armor
2)Shifting Beads is a neck jewelry that is not on the epic list
3)Black Pearl Pendant neck jewelries maybe are not correct
because i have found Black Pearl Pendant of Mastery and of Permanence
with similar suffixes/prefixes and are not in the list

4) I do not have some others that i believe they are not in 1.20.
These are:
Shepherd Crook epic/stave
Galesong armor
Shei-dos robes of insight
The Khans hunting harness
Thoths shadow finger
Ptolemys insight neck
Onuris spear

Maybe i am wrong and i still cannot find them but maybe the list is wrong.
Who is responsible for the list of items so that we can match our findings?

Erm, if you're not getting items in the game it's because you haven't found them yet, it doesn't mean that they aren't in a specific patch.

Item drops are completely 100% random in this game. Not even specific monsters would drop specific items, like Gorgons dropping a gorgon unique item only or something like that.

If you really want to confirm this, go download TQ Defiler and edit a test character to have the items, as TQ defiler is a character editor.

Well my experience says that chinese-named items are dropped only
on act3 and that some others only in act 2 and others in act1.
It is not as random as you think.

Ok let's say that i have not yet found the 17 items i am looking for.

Every Item you listed I just found in the item database. They are all there, and as said, you have not found them due to the random drops feature of titan quest.

As this conversation is going nowhere, I am closing this thread.
