are sets and unique items included in "magic find" ?
Yes, specially for set and unique items.
Magic find percents also count for rare items, but sometimes not if the related drop also can contain set an unqiue items.
However magic find doesn't have much influence on blue items, generally at least, much depends on how the drop is defined in the realted situation.
