Hi guys i would like to ask for help, where is the exact location can i possibly find the "scroll of onoesis" a lesser artifact? i need it so for my greater artifact arcane formula - book of dreams. Thank you

Arcane Formula as well as many other items are dropped at random. Please read the thread on creating threads about item drops, as items are dropped at random, there is no point to any thread such as this.
