Can you type in a chant and have it work, even thought you don't have have the chant in your journal book?

I'm pretty sure the chants must have been learned to be used. You can use all the chants in Veteran though, given that you've found them all in easiest mode.

A few Chant stations excist in the game. The chant of casting is the best for mages.
